The NMIMS Law Review is the premier academic legal publication of SVKM’s NMIMS KPM School of Law. It is a multidisciplinary journal aiming to publish high quality original research work through articles, case comments and ideas that contribute to the contemporary insight and scholarship about the Indian legal framework.

Our aim is to raise the level of debate and discourse about contemporary questions of law in India. We aspire to become a highly cited academic publication, through quality contributions from students, academics, professionals from the industry, the bar and the bench. NMIMS Law Review welcomes contributions from all legal branches, as long as the work is original, unpublished and is in consonance with the submission guidelines.

The Law Review has an elaborate review process to ensure the best quality of writings are published in this Annual student edited, peer reviewed journal. Students play an important part of this process by forming the first tier of review and preliminary enquiry. If the submitted manuscript meets the standards of the first tier, it is sent to a board of peers comprising of lawyers, professors and judges who form the second tier of the process.
