Vikram Kamath is an Associate in the Mumbai office of Kochhar & Co. He is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team predominantly handling matters related to Commercial and Corporate laws, Shipping and Maritime law, Infrastructure, Projects and Construction, Intellectual Property Rights. Vikram also handles matters pertaining to mergers and amalgamation and voluntary liquidation along with Insolvency proceedings under the IBC. Vikram specializes in representing multinational as well as Indian clients in matters before the various High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Consumer Redressal Commissions amongst others. He appears regularly for clients in arbitration matters.  Vikram has experience in handling litigation matters pertaining to Admiralty and Maritime disputes, EPC / Lump sum – Turnkey (LSTK) projects and constructions, International and Domestic arbitrations along with execution of foreign awards in India for multinational (MNCs) and foreign companies in India.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Vikram practiced at ALMT Legal in Mumbai.
