Harsh Malpani, is currently a Fourth Year B.B.A.- L.L.B (Hons.) student here at KPMSOL. His interest primarily lie in reading, researching and writing on sports law issues. His article titled “Understanding ‘E-Doping’ and Need for Fair Competition in E-Sports” has been published in RSRR Blog Series, RGNUL, Patiala. His paper on ‘Abuse of Administrative Power by MIB in Relation to Mandatory Sharing Obligation of Sporting Events of National Importance’ has been awarded 4th Best Paper in NUJS Invicta Sports Law Competition, 2019. He has authored a paper titled ‘Critical Analysis of The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2016’ which has been published in ‘Law and Society: A New Challenge (International Journal of Law & Social Science).’ Further, his research paper on ‘Right to Die: Whether Corollary to Right To Life?’ has been published in the ‘Journal of Contemporary Legal Affairs.’ Also, a research paper authored by him on ‘Limited Liability Partnership as an Emerging Business Model’ has been published in ‘The Journal of Business Law and Corporate Governance.’ He has presented a paper on ‘Regulating Doping and Need for Level Playing Field’ at ‘ NLSIU National Seminar on Legal, Ethical and Contractual Issues in Sports, 2019’, the publication of which is under consideration.
