Bhargavi G Iyer is a 2nd Year student at NMIMS Kirit P Mehta School of Law, Mumbai. With a penchant for research in unconventional and unique fields and socially relevant topics such as nuclear law, arbitration law, military law, business law, contract law, constitutional law, and others, she has published several research papers; as well as presented her research at various national seminars. She has to her credit, a research article titled ‘International Legal Framework Concerning Citizenship and Nationality’, and a research paper titled ‘An Analysis of Arbitration through the Historical and Legal Perspectives’. She has also secured the first rank, as the author of the best paper published in Lex Forti, a legal journal, for her research paper titled ‘Socio-Economic Implications of Nuclear Law’. She has also authored a legal blog article titled ‘The Pertinence of Black Attire in the Legal Field’. As the Blog Writing Coordinator of the NMIMS Law Review, she intends to encourage legal research and provide a conducive platform to enhance the legal knowledge of students and professionals alike, in a lucid and comprehensive manner.
